Exactly six months after signing the agreement in Vienna the official opening meeting of the EBC*L office in Minsk, Belarus, was accomplished. The representative office is led by The Center of business contacts BusinessClass under the direction of Mr. Aliaksandr Pratsko.

On the 15.10.2009 the EBC*L presentation for more then 150 guests from different spheres was very professional organised and attracted great interest of media. The first EBC*L training-centre has already been awarded by EBC*L International during this event.
