In June 2009 a contract to establish the EBC*L in Egypt was signed by Victor Mihalic from EBC*L International and Dr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, Chairman of IQ+C Vienna. The National Representative Office is responsible for the dissemination of EBC*L, the operation and quality control on a national level.
The preparation work has already begun and we are about to start setting up a network of EBC*L Exam Centres in all areas of education (schools, universities, vocational training).

In a ceremony with friendly atmosphere
Mr. Victor Mihalic, CEO of EBC*L International, and
Dr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, CEO of IQ+C Vienna signed the Representation Contract of Egypt. IQ+C Vienna is entitled to manage and implement the EBC*L System within the whole Arabic area.
