We have made every effort to make the learning program as simple as possible in terms of technology. In spite of this, problems occur now and again when starting. We have therefore summarised the most common causes for you.

1. Is Flash-Player installed?
Adobe Flash-Player is required in order to run the program. You can download this for free on Adobe’s website.

2. Speakers activated?
Sound accompanies the majority of the learning program. In order to take advantage of the soundtrack make sure that speakers or headphones are connected to your computer and the sound function is activated (at the appropriate volume).

3. Monitor too small?
The learning program has been optimised for a monitor of at least 1024 x 768. If your monitor cannot present the learning program optimally, you have the option of minimising the ‘table of contents’ and in doing so enlarging the ‘stage area’.

5. Still not working?

• Try running the site on a different browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer)
  
• Try running the program on a different computer (e.g. a colleague’s computer, or at home).
